CO DONEGAL, Ireland - Gardai have scanned hundreds of CCTV images to find the culprits who stole a massive ice cream cone from outside a shop in Letterkenny.

The massive cone was stolen from a Glencar Shopping Centre at 6.23 a.m. on Sunday, May 21st.

Two males and one female were among the early morning suspects who fled toward Dr. McGinley Road.

The males wore hooded sweatshirts to cover their faces, while the female wore a pink zipped-up top and pink tracksuit bottoms.

Gardai are hoping that early-morning drivers will assist them in locating the perpetrators.

According to Garda Grainne Doherty, the appearance of a massive ice cream cone cannot go unnoticed! "Someone has seen this cone," Doherty said.

"Someone knows something about this if a giant ice cream cone appears in your living room or your friends' flat." These items are quite costly, and times are tough for businesses. We are eager to have this item returned to its rightful owner."

Doherty urged those who had taken the cone to return it. "To whoever did take it, it might have been a moment of madness; drop it back."
